2. Admissibilité
Le Concours est ouvert aux résidents légaux de la province de Québec, Canada, âgés de dix-huit (18) ans ou plus au moment de l'inscription. Les personnes suivantes ne sont pas admissibles :
- Les employés, dirigeants, administrateurs et mandataires de Vision Bleu Inc. ainsi que les membres de leur famille immédiate (conjoint(e), père, mère, enfant, frère, sœur et leurs conjoints respectifs)
- Les personnes vivant sous le même toit que l'une des personnes mentionnées ci-dessus
- Toute personne qui n'est pas résidente légale du Québec, Canada
En s'inscrivant au Concours, chaque participant confirme qu'il satisfait à toutes les conditions d'admissibilité. Limite d'une (1) inscription par ménage (voir l'article 4.3).
3. Période du concours
La période d'inscription au Concours débute le 12 mars 2026 à 10 h, heure de l'Est (HE), et se termine le 15 mars 2026 à 18 h, HE (la « Période du Concours »). Les inscriptions reçues en dehors de la Période du Concours ne seront pas admissibles. Toutes les heures indiquées correspondent à l'heure de l'Est (Montréal, Québec).
4. Comment participer
4.1 Méthode d'inscription principale (au kiosque)
Pendant la Période du Concours, visitez le kiosque de Vision Bleu au Salon national de l'habitation de Montréal, au Palais des congrès de Montréal, et remplissez le formulaire officiel d'inscription (disponible sur tablette au kiosque ou par code QR sur votre appareil mobile personnel). Après avoir rempli le formulaire, vous serez invité à tourner la Roue des prix, qui déterminera le nombre de bulletins de participation (1, 2 ou 3) que vous pourrez soumettre. Remplissez et soumettez le nombre correspondant de bulletins pour être inscrit au tirage.
4.2 Méthode d'inscription alternative (sans visite requise)
Pour participer sans visiter le kiosque, inscrivez en lettres moulées votre nom complet, votre adresse postale, votre adresse courriel, votre numéro de téléphone et votre code postal sur une feuille de papier ordinaire (minimum 3 po × 5 po) et envoyez-la dans une enveloppe affranchie à :

Les inscriptions par la poste doivent porter le cachet postal au plus tard le 15 mars 2026 et être reçues au plus tard le 22 mars 2026. Chaque inscription par la poste donne droit à une (1) participation au tirage. Limite d'une (1) inscription par la poste par ménage. Les inscriptions manuscrites uniques seulement sont acceptées; les photocopies ou les inscriptions reproduites mécaniquement ne seront pas acceptées.
4.3 Limites d'inscription
Limite d'un (1) formulaire officiel d'inscription par personne et par ménage pendant la Période du Concours. Aux fins du présent Concours, un « ménage » désigne toutes les personnes partageant la même adresse résidentielle. Si plus d'une personne d'un même ménage soumet un formulaire, seule la première inscription valide sera acceptée; les inscriptions suivantes du même ménage seront annulées. Selon le résultat de la Roue des prix, chaque participant admissible peut recevoir un (1), deux (2) ou trois (3) bulletins de participation au tirage. Le nombre maximal de participations par ménage est de trois (3) par la méthode au kiosque, ou d'une (1) par la méthode postale. Toute tentative d'obtenir des participations supplémentaires au-delà de celles autorisées entraînera la disqualification de toutes les inscriptions de ce ménage.
5. Roue des prix
Après avoir rempli le formulaire officiel d'inscription au kiosque, chaque participant admissible sera invité à tourner la Roue des prix une (1) fois. La Roue des prix détermine le nombre de bulletins de participation que le participant reçoit, comme suit :
- La roue s'arrête sur « 1 participation » : le participant reçoit un (1) bulletin de participation
- La roue s'arrête sur « 2 participations » : le participant reçoit deux (2) bulletins de participation
- La roue s'arrête sur « 3 participations » : le participant reçoit trois (3) bulletins de participation
- La roue s'arrête sur « Tourner à nouveau » : le participant tourne la roue une fois de plus
En cas de tours supplémentaires consécutifs, un maximum de deux (2) tours supplémentaires est permis, après quoi le participant reçoit une (1) participation.
La Roue des prix détermine uniquement le nombre de participations. Elle ne détermine pas l'admissibilité aux prix ni la sélection des prix. Tous les bulletins de participation sont regroupés pour le tirage au sort aléatoire décrit à l'article 8.
6. Prix
6.1 Grand prix (1 gagnant)
- Prix : Un projet complet d'éclairage architectural intelligent, installé professionnellement par Vision Bleu
- Valeur au détail approximative : Jusqu'à 5 000 $ CA (avant taxes applicables)
- Comprend : Jusqu'à environ 160 pieds linéaires d'éclairage DEL pixel de qualité supérieure, un (1) contrôleur et l'installation professionnelle complète par les techniciens de Vision Bleu
- Conditions : La propriété du gagnant doit être située dans la zone de service de Vision Bleu au Québec. La propriété doit être adaptée à l'installation d'éclairage extérieur, tel que déterminé par Vision Bleu lors d'une évaluation préalable à l'installation. Vision Bleu se réserve le droit de déterminer la portée du projet, les produits utilisés et l'approche d'installation. Toute portion du projet excédant 5 000 $ en valeur au détail est à la charge du gagnant. L'installation doit être planifiée et complétée au plus tard le 31 décembre 2026. Si la propriété du gagnant ne convient pas à l'installation ou est située en dehors de la zone de service de Vision Bleu, le prix sera annulé et un gagnant substitut sera sélectionné par tirage au sort aléatoire.
6.2 Deuxièmes prix (3 gagnants)
- Prix (chacun) : Contrôleur(s) gratuit(s) sur un projet d'éclairage (tel que déterminé par Vision Bleu) plus un (1) ensemble de rétroéclairage pour téléviseur
- Valeur au détail approximative : Jusqu'à 800 $ CA par gagnant (la valeur du ou des contrôleurs varie selon la taille du projet; valeur approximative de l'ensemble de rétroéclairage pour téléviseur : 250 $ CA)
- Conditions : Les contrôleurs gratuits sont échangeables uniquement dans le cadre d'un projet d'éclairage avec Vision Bleu, avec un minimum de 75 pieds linéaires d'éclairage. Le projet doit être contracté et complété au plus tard le 31 décembre 2026. Le type et le nombre de contrôleurs sont déterminés par Vision Bleu selon les exigences du projet. L'ensemble de rétroéclairage pour téléviseur est fourni tel quel, sans installation incluse.
L'ensemble de rétroéclairage pour téléviseur sera remis à chaque gagnant, qu'il choisisse ou non de procéder à un projet d'éclairage. Le ou les contrôleur(s) gratuit(s) constituent un avantage conditionnel offert uniquement si le gagnant choisit de manière indépendante de contracter un projet d'éclairage admissible avec Vision Bleu.
6.3 Valeur totale des prix
La valeur au détail approximative totale de tous les prix est de 7 400 $ CA. Les prix sont attribués tels que décrits et n'ont aucune valeur de rachat en espèces. Les prix sont incessibles et ne peuvent être échangés, substitués ou rachetés contre de l'argent comptant, sauf à la seule discrétion de Vision Bleu Inc. Vision Bleu se réserve le droit de substituer un prix de valeur égale ou supérieure si le prix annoncé devient non disponible pour quelque raison que ce soit. Les prix seront remis dans un délai raisonnable suivant la confirmation du gagnant, sous réserve des disponibilités d'horaire. L'installation du grand prix devrait être complétée dans les six (6) mois suivant la confirmation du gagnant. Les ensembles de rétroéclairage pour téléviseur seront livrés ou expédiés dans les trente (30) jours suivant la confirmation du gagnant.
Toute taxe applicable découlant de l'acceptation ou de l'utilisation d'un prix est à la charge exclusive du gagnant.
7. Chances de gagner
Les chances de gagner dépendent du nombre total de participations admissibles reçues pendant la Période du Concours. Chaque bulletin de participation représente une (1) chance de gagner. Les participants ayant reçu plusieurs participations via la Roue des prix auront des chances proportionnellement plus élevées de gagner.
8. Sélection et avis aux gagnants
8.1 Tirage
Le ou vers le 16-17 mars 2026, un (1) gagnant du grand prix et trois (3) gagnants des deuxièmes prix seront sélectionnés par tirage au sort aléatoire parmi toutes les participations admissibles reçues pendant la Période du Concours. Le tirage sera effectué par un représentant de Vision Bleu Inc. en présence d'au moins un (1) témoin. Les décisions de Vision Bleu Inc. sont finales et sans appel en toute matière relative au présent Concours.
8.2 Question d'habileté mathématique
Avant d'être déclaré gagnant, chaque participant sélectionné doit répondre correctement, sans aide et dans un délai de quatre (4) minutes, à une question d'habileté mathématique chronométrée administrée par Vision Bleu Inc. (la « Question d'habileté »). La Question d'habileté consistera en un problème arithmétique en quatre étapes utilisant des nombres à deux chiffres, nécessitant l'application de l'ordre standard des opérations (addition, soustraction, multiplication et/ou division). Si un participant sélectionné ne répond pas correctement à la Question d'habileté, il sera disqualifié et un participant substitut sera sélectionné par tirage au sort aléatoire.
8.3 Avis
Les participants sélectionnés seront contactés par téléphone et/ou par courriel à l'aide des coordonnées fournies sur leur formulaire d'inscription dans les cinq (5) jours ouvrables suivant le tirage. Si un participant sélectionné ne peut être joint dans les trois (3) tentatives sur cinq (5) jours ouvrables, ou s'il ne répond pas dans les sept (7) jours civils suivant la première tentative de communication, il sera disqualifié et un participant substitut sera sélectionné.
8.4 Confirmation du gagnant
Avant de recevoir son prix, chaque gagnant peut être tenu de signer une déclaration d'admissibilité, une décharge de responsabilité et un formulaire de consentement à la publicité (lorsque la loi le permet). Le non-respect de ces exigences dans le délai prescrit entraînera la disqualification et la sélection d'un gagnant substitut.
9. Conditions générales
- En participant au Concours, chaque participant accepte d'être lié par le présent Règlement officiel du Concours et par les décisions de Vision Bleu Inc., lesquelles sont finales et sans appel.
- Vision Bleu Inc. se réserve le droit d'annuler, de suspendre ou de modifier le Concours, en tout ou en partie, si une fraude, une défaillance technique, une erreur humaine ou tout autre facteur indépendant de la volonté raisonnable de Vision Bleu Inc. compromet l'intégrité ou le bon fonctionnement du Concours. Dans un tel cas, Vision Bleu Inc. pourra, à sa seule discrétion, sélectionner les gagnants parmi toutes les participations admissibles reçues avant l'annulation, la suspension ou la modification.
- Vision Bleu Inc. n'est pas responsable : (a) des inscriptions perdues, en retard, mal acheminées, endommagées, incomplètes ou illisibles; (b) de toute erreur, omission, interruption, suppression, défaut ou retard de fonctionnement ou de transmission; (c) de toute défaillance, panne ou difficulté technique; ou (d) de toute blessure ou dommage aux personnes ou aux biens liés à la participation au Concours ou en résultant.
- En participant au Concours, chaque participant dégage et tient indemne Vision Bleu Inc., ses dirigeants, administrateurs, employés, mandataires et représentants de toute responsabilité pour toute réclamation, coût, blessure, perte ou dommage de quelque nature que ce soit découlant du Concours ou de tout prix gagné, ou s'y rapportant.
- Toute tentative par un participant de nuire délibérément au fonctionnement légitime du Concours ou de le compromettre peut constituer une violation des lois criminelles et civiles. Si une telle tentative est faite, Vision Bleu Inc. se réserve le droit de demander réparation et des dommages-intérêts dans toute la mesure permise par la loi.
- Les participants acceptent que tout renseignement personnel fourni dans le cadre du Concours puisse être recueilli, utilisé et communiqué par Vision Bleu Inc. aux fins de l'administration du Concours, y compris pour communiquer avec les gagnants, remettre les prix et effectuer de la publicité (avec le consentement du gagnant). Pour les communications marketing non liées au Concours, un consentement distinct conforme à la LCAP est requis et demandé sur le formulaire d'inscription. - En acceptant un prix, chaque gagnant autorise Vision Bleu Inc. à utiliser son nom, sa ville de résidence, son image, sa photographie et/ou ses déclarations à des fins publicitaires et promotionnelles sans rémunération supplémentaire, sauf si la loi l'interdit.
- Le présent Concours est assujetti à toutes les lois et réglementations fédérales, provinciales et municipales applicables. Tout litige relatif à la conduite ou à l'organisation du présent Concours pourra être soumis aux tribunaux compétents de la province de Québec, district de Montréal.
- Si le nombre de participations admissibles est insuffisant pour une catégorie de prix, ou si tous les participants substituts ont été épuisés, Vision Bleu Inc. se réserve le droit d'attribuer moins de prix que ceux décrits ou de ne pas attribuer de prix dans cette catégorie.
10. Vie privée
Les renseignements personnels recueillis dans le cadre du présent Concours seront utilisés uniquement aux fins de l'administration du Concours (y compris la vérification de l'admissibilité, la communication avec les gagnants et la remise des prix) et, lorsqu'un consentement distinct a été fourni, pour des communications marketing de suivi par Vision Bleu Inc.
Dans certains cas, les renseignements personnels peuvent être partagés avec des licenciés autorisés de Vision Bleu opérant dans votre zone géographique (p. ex. Trois-Rivières, Gatineau) aux fins de fournir des soumissions et des services relatifs à des projets. Ce partage se fait uniquement lorsqu'il est pertinent à votre emplacement et à votre demande.
Vision Bleu Inc. recueille, utilise et communique les renseignements personnels conformément à la Loi sur la protection des renseignements personnels et les documents électroniques (LPRPDE), à la Loi sur la protection des renseignements personnels dans le secteur privé du Québec (Loi 25) et à la Législation canadienne anti-pourriel (LCAP).
Vous avez le droit d'accéder à vos renseignements personnels, de les corriger ou d'en demander la suppression en tout temps en communiquant avec Vision Bleu Inc. à contact@visionbleu.com. Les données d'inscription au Concours seront conservées pendant une période de douze (12) mois suivant la fin du Concours, après quoi elles seront détruites de façon sécuritaire, à moins que vous n'ayez fourni un consentement distinct pour des communications marketing continues. 2. Admissibilité
The Contest is open to legal residents of the province of Quebec, Canada, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The following persons are not eligible to enter:
- Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Vision Bleu Inc. and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses)
- Persons living in the same household as any of the above individuals
- Any person who is not a legal resident of Quebec, Canada
By entering the Contest, each entrant confirms that they meet all eligibility requirements. Limit of one (1) entry per household (see Section 4.3).
3. Contest Period
The Contest entry period begins on March 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on March 15, 2026 at 6:00 PM ET (the "Contest Period"). Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be eligible. All times refer to Eastern Time (Montreal, Quebec).
4. How to Enter
4.1 Primary Entry Method (At the Booth)
During the Contest Period, visit the Vision Bleu booth at the Montreal Home Show, Palais des congres de Montreal, and complete the official lead capture form (available on tablet at the booth or via QR code on your personal mobile device). After completing the form, you will be invited to spin the Prize Wheel, which will determine the number of physical contest entry slips (1, 2, or 3) you may submit. Complete and submit the corresponding number of entry slips to be entered into the draw.
4.2 Alternative Entry Method (No Visit Required)
To enter without visiting the booth, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and postal code on a plain piece of paper (minimum 3" x 5") and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than March 15, 2026 and received no later than March 22, 2026. Each mail-in entry will receive one (1) entry into the draw. Limit of one (1) mail-in entry per household. Only single, handwritten entries are accepted; photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted.
4.3 Entry Limits
Limit of one (1) lead capture form per person and per household during the Contest Period. For the purposes of this Contest, a "household" is defined as all persons sharing the same residential address. If more than one person from the same household submits a form, only the first valid entry will be accepted; subsequent entries from the same household will be void. Based on the Prize Wheel result, each eligible entrant may receive one (1), two (2), or three (3) entries into the draw. The maximum number of entries per household is three (3) via the booth method, or one (1) via the mail-in method. Any attempt to obtain additional entries beyond those allowed will result in disqualification of all entries from that household.
5. Prize Wheel
After completing the lead capture form at the booth, each eligible entrant will be invited to spin the Prize Wheel one (1) time. The Prize Wheel determines the number of contest entries the entrant receives, as follows:
- Wheel lands on "1 Entry": Entrant receives one (1) contest entry slip
- Wheel lands on "2 Entries": Entrant receives two (2) contest entry slips
- Wheel lands on "3 Entries": Entrant receives three (3) contest entry slips
- Wheel lands on "Re-Spin": Entrant spins the wheel again one additional time
In the event of consecutive re-spins, a maximum of two (2) additional spins are permitted, after which the entrant receives one (1) entry.
The Prize Wheel determines entry count only. It does not determine prize eligibility or prize selection. All entry slips are pooled together for the random draw described in Section 8.
6. Prizes
6.1 Grand Prize (1 Winner)
- Prize: A complete smart architectural lighting project, professionally installed by Vision Bleu
- Approximate Retail Value: Up to $5,000 CAD (before applicable taxes)
- Includes: Up to approximately 160 linear feet of premium pixel LED lighting, one (1) controller, and full professional installation by Vision Bleu technicians
- Conditions: Winner's property must be located within Vision Bleu's service area in Quebec. Property must be suitable for exterior lighting installation as determined by Vision Bleu during a pre-installation assessment. Vision Bleu reserves the right to determine the scope of the project, products used, and installation approach. Any portion of the project exceeding $5,000 in retail value is the responsibility of the winner. Installation must be scheduled and completed by December 31, 2026. If the winner's property is not suitable for installation or is located outside Vision Bleu's service area, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random draw.
6.2 Second Prizes (3 Winners)
- Prize (each): Free controller(s) on their lighting project (as determined by Vision Bleu) plus one (1) TV backlight kit
- Approximate Retail Value: Up to $800 CAD per winner (controller value varies by project size; TV backlight kit approximate value $250 CAD)
- Conditions: Free controller(s) are redeemable only on a lighting project with Vision Bleu, with a minimum of 75 linear feet of lighting. Project must be contracted and completed by December 31, 2026. Controller type and quantity are determined by Vision Bleu based on project requirements. TV backlight kit is provided as-is with no installation included.
The TV backlight kit will be provided to each winner regardless of whether they choose to proceed with a lighting project. The free controller(s) component is a conditional benefit available only if the winner independently chooses to contract a qualifying lighting project with Vision Bleu.
6.3 Total Prize Value
The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $7,400 CAD. Prizes are awarded as described and have no cash surrender value. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of Vision Bleu Inc. Vision Bleu reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Prizes will be delivered within a reasonable timeframe following winner confirmation, subject to scheduling availability. Grand prize installation is expected to be completed within six (6) months of winner confirmation. TV backlight kits will be delivered or shipped within thirty (30) days of winner confirmation.
Any applicable taxes arising from the acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Each entry slip represents one (1) chance to win. Entrants who received multiple entries via the Prize Wheel will have proportionally higher odds of winning.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
8.1 Draw
On or about March 16–17, 2026, one (1) Grand Prize winner and three (3) Second Prize winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will be conducted by a representative of Vision Bleu Inc. in the presence of at least one (1) witness. The decisions of Vision Bleu Inc. are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest.
8.2 Skill-Testing Question
Before being declared a winner, each selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided and within four (4) minutes, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Vision Bleu Inc. (the "Skill-Testing Question"). The Skill-Testing Question will consist of a four-step arithmetic problem using two-digit numbers, requiring the application of the standard order of operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and/or division). If a selected entrant fails to answer the Skill-Testing Question correctly, they will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be selected by random draw.
8.3 Notification
Selected entrants will be contacted by telephone and/or email using the contact information provided on their entry form within five (5) business days following the draw. If a selected entrant cannot be reached within three (3) attempts over five (5) business days, or if they fail to respond within seven (7) calendar days of the first contact attempt, they will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be selected.
8.4 Winner Confirmation
Before receiving their prize, each winner may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility, a liability release, and a publicity consent form (where permitted by law). Failure to comply with these requirements within the specified timeframe will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
9. General Conditions
- By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of Vision Bleu Inc., which are final and binding.
- Vision Bleu Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest, or any part thereof, if any fraud, technical failure, human error, or any other factor beyond Vision Bleu Inc.'s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest. In such event, Vision Bleu Inc. may, in its sole discretion, select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation, suspension, or modification.
- Vision Bleu Inc. is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; (b) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, or difficulty; or (d) any injury or damage to persons or property related to or resulting from participation in the Contest.
- By entering the Contest, each entrant releases and holds harmless Vision Bleu Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or any prize won.
- Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Vision Bleu Inc. reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Entrants agree that any personal information provided in connection with the Contest may be collected, used, and disclosed by Vision Bleu Inc. for the purposes of administering the Contest, including contacting winners, delivering prizes, and publicity (with winner's consent). For marketing communications unrelated to the Contest, separate CASL-compliant consent is required and requested on the entry form. - By accepting a prize, each winner grants Vision Bleu Inc. permission to use their name, city of residence, likeness, photograph, and/or statements for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. Any litigation regarding the conduct or organization of this Contest may be submitted to the competent courts of the Province of Quebec, District of Montreal.
- If there are insufficient eligible entries for any prize category, or if all alternate entrants have been exhausted, Vision Bleu Inc. reserves the right to award fewer prizes than described or to not award a prize in that category.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Contest (including verifying eligibility, contacting winners, and delivering prizes) and, where separate consent has been provided, for follow-up marketing communications by Vision Bleu Inc.
In some cases, personal information may be shared with authorized Vision Bleu licensees operating in your geographic area (e.g., Trois-Rivieres, Gatineau) for the purpose of providing project quotes and services. This sharing occurs only where relevant to your location and inquiry.
Vision Bleu Inc. collects, uses, and discloses personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Quebec's Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector (Law 25), and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting Vision Bleu Inc. at contact@visionbleu.com. Contest entry data will be retained for a period of twelve (12) months following the conclusion of the Contest, after which it will be securely destroyed, unless you have provided separate consent for ongoing marketing communications. 11. Language
These Official Contest Rules are available in both French and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the French and English versions, the French version shall prevail, in accordance with the Charter of the French Language (Quebec).
