Questions

What owners ask us.

Do I need to own the building?

Yes, or have the owner’s approval: a permanent system is an investment in the property itself. We cover it at the first visit.

How much does a commercial lighting project cost?

Every building is measured and designed to order. You get a price with the 3D rendering of your building. The number depends on the run length, the number of zones and the complexity of the facade.

What about my borough’s rules?

Several boroughs regulate exterior lighting: light aimed at the ground, lower intensity late in the evening. Scheduling by zone and by time is exactly how the system respects those limits.

Will the install disrupt my business?

A project manager schedules the install with you. Our own crew, never subcontracted, handles it in a few days, depending on the building.

I have several sites. Can they all keep the same image?

Yes: the same rails, the same colours, the same scenes from one address to the next.

Is it only for facades?

No. Facades and rooflines, signage and brand colours, landscape lighting, interiors (coves, lobbies, reception areas) and custom designs: the full suite, on one system.

What about winter?

The system is sealed to IP68 and tested to −40 °C. It stays up all year: nothing to put up in the fall, nothing to take down in the spring.

What happens if the Wi-Fi drops?

The lights keep their last program.

Can the system grow later?

Yes. New facades or zones can be added to the existing installation.
