Commercial building facade traced with permanent architectural LED lighting after dark

Commercial

Your building. The landmark.

Restaurants, hotels, retail, property. One permanent system that traces the architecture, every night of the year.

The commercial section of this site is still being built. The projects are not waiting on it — tell us which building you have in mind and we will render it.

One system, four uses

A single installation replaces architectural floodlights, holiday lighting and security lighting. The LED channel follows the roofline, the eaves and the corners, so after dark the building draws its own outline.

Security in warm white all year. Architectural, to pick out the structure. Brand colour for the nights the address needs to be read from down the street. Events and holidays with no ladder, no installer, and nothing to take down in January.

Built to stay

Aluminium rails, 120+ finishes, zero exposed wire. IP68, tested to −40 °C, cULus, UL and ETL listed for commercial work. A 600 W controller, a Wi-Fi app, and multi-zone scheduling.

The LEDs are rated past 50,000 hours — fifteen to twenty-three years of normal use. Controllers and pixels carry a 12-year warranty; lightbars and landscape carry 3. Labour is covered for 3 years: after that the parts stay under warranty, but the visit is billed hourly at the rate current at the time.

How it runs

A site visit. Photographs. A 3D rendering of your building — not a generic one, yours. You decide after seeing exactly how it looks.

Installation is done by our own crew, not subcontracted. We work across Montreal and the greater metropolitan area.
