Holiday lighting in Montréal, but you never hang it.
Red and green in December. Orange in October. Blue and white in June. You pick the scene in the app and the house lights itself on schedule. We go up the ladder exactly once — on install day.

One install. Every holiday of the year.
Four things that change once your holiday lights are permanent.
-
Scenes
Red and green for Christmas, orange for Halloween, blue and white for Saint-Jean. Scenes change in seconds, as often as you like.
-
No ladder
On install day, and never again. No hooks to clip on in the November cold, no takedown on an icy January roof.
-
Cold-proof
Store lights fail almost every winter. This does not — sealed to IP68, rated to −40°C, snow and freeze-thaw built into the spec.
-
No wires
Seasonal lights sag and dangle the moment the season is over. This rail sits tight against the soffit, in your siding's colour — nothing to see, any month.
How we keep it simple.
Most of the stress in a home project comes from not knowing what happens next. We take that out first — then we install.

Twelve years on the part that makes the colour.
Twelve-year warranty on controllers and pixels.
We build these systems to run for years, not seasons — and we warranty them to match. The exact terms are to the right; the short version is that we stand behind what we install, long after the invoice is paid.
- Controllers and pixels — 12 years
- Light bars and landscape fixtures — 3 years
- Labour — 3 years (no charge for a covered service call)
- Expected LED service life: 50,000+ hours

What people ask before they say yes.
The twelve questions that come up most often on site visits, answered the way we answer them on the porch.
Is this only for Christmas?
No, and that is probably the biggest misunderstanding about this product. The system is permanent: it stays on the house year-round and you choose the scene. December in red and green, Halloween in orange, Valentine’s in pink, St. Patrick’s in green, Saint-Jean in blue and white, a birthday in somebody’s colours. Between holidays, most of our clients leave it in warm white — which simply makes it architectural facade lighting.
Can you see the system during the day?
Barely. The aluminum rail sits tight against the soffit, the trim or the roof edge, and it comes in more than 120 finishes — we pick the one closest to your siding. The wiring runs inside, so there is no exposed wire, no staples and no hooks. From the street in daylight, most people notice nothing.
Can I change the colours myself?
Yes, that is the whole point. Everything happens in the app on your phone: colour, brightness, zones and schedule. You can repaint the house orange on the morning of October 31 and put it back to warm white that same evening. There is no service call to book and no charge for changing a scene.
Does it do animations, or only static colours?
Both. Every pixel is addressed on its own, which allows static colours, alternating colours along a roof peak, gradients and moving animations. In practice most clients keep a static scene through the week and save the animations for the evening, because a calm facade holds attention longer than one that flashes.
Will I ever have to get on a ladder?
No. That is the reason the product exists. We go up once, on install day. After that there is nothing to put up in the fall, nothing to take down in January, nothing to store in the garage, and nothing to replace because a section burned out. If a component does fail inside the warranty period, we come back — you do not.
Does it survive a Montréal winter?
Yes, that is what it is designed for. Components are sealed to IP68 — watertight against immersion, not merely splashing — and rated to operate down to −40°C. Packed snow, freezing rain and freeze-thaw cycles are part of the spec. Our installs stay in place through Québec winters, under the ice.
How long does the install take?
Standard installations take one to three days. Larger properties, three-storey homes, and projects combining the facade with landscape and interior lighting can take over five. We confirm the exact duration after the visit, once the roofline has been measured — and you do not need to be home for all of it.
How is this different from your permanent exterior lighting?
Physically, it is not: it is the same system. The difference is what you use it for. One page is about making the facade beautiful in warm white all year; this one is about colour, holiday scenes and never installing seasonal lights again. If you call us about Christmas you also get the architectural lighting — and the reverse is equally true. One system, one install, one invoice.
Does the install damage the roof or the siding?
No. The rail is fixed under the roof overhang, into the soffit or the trim — not through the shingles. Wiring runs inside cavities that already exist. Our installers work every day on Québec homes in stone, brick, fibre cement and engineered wood, and the fastening method is matched to the material.
How much electricity does it use?
Very little. These are LEDs, and the residential controller is capped at 450 W — that is the absolute ceiling for the entire system at full brightness with every zone on, which essentially never happens. A warm white scene at medium brightness draws a fraction of it. For scale, that ceiling is in the range of a few household bulbs, for an entire facade.
What is the warranty on holiday lighting?
12 years on controllers and pixels, 3 years on light bars and landscape fixtures. The pixels are exactly the components producing holiday colour, so the 12-year term is the one that applies to that part of the system. The LEDs themselves are rated for more than 50,000 hours.
Do you serve my city?
