1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website located at visionbleu.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by Vision Bleu Inc., a company incorporated in Quebec, Canada, operating as Vision Bleu LED. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Services

Vision Bleu LED provides permanent architectural LED lighting services for residential and commercial properties across Montréal and Quebec, including:

Free on-site consultations for lighting design
Custom lighting system design and planning
Installation by our technicians, under RBQ licence 5864-7108-01
Post-installation support and warranty service

The Site is an informational website. It does not facilitate online purchases. All transactions are completed separately between Vision Bleu LED and the client following a consultation.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this Site by any third party.

Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent requests
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
Using automated tools to scrape, crawl, or index content without our prior written permission
Uploading or transmitting any malicious software or content

4. Estimate Requests

Submitting a request through any form on the Site does not create a binding contract between you and Vision Bleu LED. A contract is only formed when a written agreement or quote is signed by both parties.

We reserve the right to decline a request at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, video, and code — is the property of Vision Bleu LED or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (including the privacy policies of Cloudflare, Google, and Meta referenced in our Privacy Policy). These links are provided for your convenience only. Vision Bleu LED has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Vision Bleu LED makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site.

Warranties for installed lighting systems are governed by the separate written agreements entered into between Vision Bleu LED and each client at the time of installation. Our FAQ describes the coverage currently offered, as a summary for your convenience only: it is not the warranty, it does not form part of those agreements, and where the two differ the signed agreement governs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vision Bleu LED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding twelve (12) months, or CAD $100, whichever is greater.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Province of Quebec.
