Service Area · Island of Montréal Permanent smart LED lightingon the Island of Montréal.
Installed once, good for 20 years and more. We are based in LaSalle, so the island is our daily ground — from the brick duplex to the West Island cottage.
We know the Island of Montréal’s houses
Facade at the sidewalk, outside staircase, cornice: the line to underline is already there.
The island reads vertically. Duplexes and triplexes with outside staircases, brick rows, cornices and parapets: the facade sits close to the sidewalk and gives itself up in a single look. Greystone in Westmount and Outremont. In the West Island, post-war bungalows and cottages, with more setback and more trees.
On a narrow lot there is no room for floodlights on the ground. The line is already there — the cornice, the parapet, the lintel. That is where permanent exterior lighting goes: invisible by day, drawn after dark. Inside, the high ceilings and deep mouldings of older flats suit cove lighting particularly well.
Permanent architecture,
not seasonal gimmicks.
What makes it
permanent.
One install, decades on your home
No seasonal ladder, no untangling. A 15–23 year lifespan built into your home from day one.
Built into the architecture
Every wire hidden, every channel flush in the soffit — the underside of your roof overhang. The system follows your home's lines — not the other way around.
Premium materials, cut on site
Aluminum extrusions sized to your exact roofline. Not stock lengths. Not cut corners.
Controlled for the long run
IP68 weatherproof controller, Wi-Fi app, scheduling that runs itself year-round.
Built by experts
Our technicians are overseen by our project managers, start to finish. RBQ licensed — and, above all, professionals who know what they are doing.
See every corner
of your home lit.

Take back the night,
set the mood.
Rooflines, soffits, columns and facades — precision-lit by seamless light bars, one continuous line with no visible dots. From warm white to cool white, all the way to 16M colours. One permanent, app-controlled system, all year.
ExploreOur smart
architectural lighting.
Individually addressable RGBW pixels — reproduce your traditional pot lights, reveal your architecture, or run gradients and animated full-colour scenes. Your facade becomes a canvas for every night of the year, and above all every game.
ExploreFrom design
to reality.
Our team builds 3D concepts around the client's own vision. Light bars and colour pixels together — a complete architectural wash that traces every edge of the building. The backyard becomes a night-time experience, shaped to the mood of the moment. The full Vision Bleu signature, end to end.

12 years on controllers and pixels.
There is a product warranty and a labour warranty, and they are two separate things. Inside three years, a service call to replace a covered part costs you nothing. After that the part stays covered for the terms opposite, but the visit is billed hourly at the rate in force at the time.

The Complete Island of Montréal Lighting Guide
Permanent architectural lighting on the Island of Montréal: cornices, greystone, municipal bylaws, winter hardware, warranty and cost. Vision Bleu's guide.
Read the guideOur Island of Montréal lighting services
Four services, one system behind them. On the island, the first two are what we are asked for most.
-
Exterior lighting on the Island of Montréal
The cornice, the parapet, the lintel: the line already exists, and no floodlight on the ground is needed.
-
Interior lighting on the Island of Montréal
High ceilings and deep mouldings in older flats: cove lighting is made for them.
-
Landscape lighting on the Island of Montréal
A small city yard holds on a few well-chosen points, not a row of fixtures.
-
Holiday lighting on the Island of Montréal
The holidays change the scene, not the install — and nobody brings out a ladder in December.
Every question, answered.
-
Does this work on a narrow duplex or triplex?
Yes — it is the most common case on the island. The rail mounts along the existing cornice, parapet, or lintel, so there is no need for ground space to place floodlights, which is exactly what a narrow lot lacks. -
Do you install in Westmount and Outremont, where homes are stone?
Yes. The aluminum rail mounts without drilling into load-bearing stone — it follows the line of the cornice or parapet, available in 120+ finishes to match the facade. -
Do you serve every neighbourhood on the Island of Montréal?
We are based in LaSalle and install across Greater Montréal: the island of Montréal, Laval, Longueuil, Brossard, Saint-Lambert, Blainville, and both the North and South Shores. If you are not sure whether you are inside the radius, call us at (450) 999-7258 — the answer takes thirty seconds. -
On a narrow lot, will it glare into my neighbours’ windows?
No, because the light is aimed downward and the source is hidden under the overhang. From the street you do not see the LED, you see the lit wall. That is exactly what separates this from a ground-mounted floodlight aimed upward, which lights the sky and the neighbour’s windows as much as your facade. -
Does the install damage the roof or the siding on a brick home?
No. The rail is fixed under the roof overhang, into the soffit or the trim — never through the shingles. Wiring runs inside cavities that already exist. Our installers work every day on Québec homes in stone, brick, fibre cement and engineered wood, and the fastening method is matched to the material. -
The facade sits right at the sidewalk. Can you see the system during the day?
Barely. The aluminum rail sits tight against the soffit, the trim or the roof edge, and it comes in more than 120 finishes — we pick the one closest to your siding. The wiring runs inside, so there is no exposed wire, no staples and no hooks. From the street in daylight, most people notice nothing. -
Does it suit an older island flat?
Yes. Older homes often have deep mouldings and high ceilings, which suit cove lighting particularly well. The constraint is usually the wiring route: in old plaster we plan the path at the visit rather than discovering it partway through. -
Is the service call free?
For three years from installation, yes — a service call to replace a covered part costs nothing. After three years the part is still covered on its normal schedule (up to twelve years for controllers and pixels, three years for light bars and landscape fixtures), but the visit itself is billed at our hourly service rate in effect at that time.
