Our ground

We know the Laurentians’ houses

Steep roofs, dark-stained cedar, houses set among the trees: up here the light first finds the way in.

The Route 15 corridor is timber and stone. Saint-Sauveur, Sainte-Adèle, Val-David, Mont-Tremblant: steep roofs, dark-stained cedar, gables, porches. Many houses sit among the trees rather than in front of them, and the driveway matters as much as the facade.

Stained wood absorbs light instead of returning it, and winter closes the day at four in the afternoon. Exterior lighting set on the roofline gives the chalet its shape back when everything else is black, and landscape lighting marks the entrance and the steps before anyone has found a shovel.

What makes it
permanent.

One install, decades on your home

No seasonal ladder, no untangling. A 15–23 year lifespan built into your home from day one.

Built into the architecture

Every wire hidden, every channel flush in the soffit — the underside of your roof overhang. The system follows your home's lines — not the other way around.

Premium materials, cut on site

Aluminum extrusions sized to your exact roofline. Not stock lengths. Not cut corners.

Controlled for the long run

IP68 weatherproof controller, Wi-Fi app, scheduling that runs itself year-round.

Built by experts

Our technicians are overseen by our project managers, start to finish. RBQ licensed — and, above all, professionals who know what they are doing.

See every corner
of your home lit.

Light Bars

Take back the night,
set the mood.

Rooflines, soffits, columns and facades — precision-lit by seamless light bars, one continuous line with no visible dots. From warm white to cool white, all the way to 16M colours. One permanent, app-controlled system, all year.

We hide everything.
Except the light.

Warm-white LED seated flush inside a colour-matched aluminium channel recessed into a wood soffit — fixture nearly invisible
01 / 04 Flush in the channel LED seated directly inside the soffit profile. By day: nothing to see. By night: a continuous, dot-free line of light.
Warm-white LED tucked under the nose of a stone step, washing light down onto the riser below — no fixture visible
02 / 04 Underfoot, out of sight The light lives under the nose of the step, not on it. You see the glow on the stone below — never the fixture.
Warm-white LED tracing the curve of a pool's coping edge at night, reflecting in the water below
03 / 04 Every curve, followed exactly The line bends with the coping, not around it. Poolside, roofline, stairs — one system, wherever it needs to go.
Individual point-light LED fixtures set into a soffit corner, each glowing warm white at dusk — the pixel product line
04 / 04 Point by point Individual fixtures, precisely spaced. Each one addressable — its own colour, its own moment.

Warranty

Two warranties, written down.

12 years on controllers and pixels.

There is a product warranty and a labour warranty, and they are two separate things. Inside three years, a service call to replace a covered part costs you nothing. After that the part stays covered for the terms opposite, but the visit is billed hourly at the rate in force at the time.

  • Controllers and pixels — 12 years
  • Light bars and landscape fixtures — 3 years
  • Labour — 3 years (no charge to come out for a covered part)
  • LED rated service life: more than 50,000 hours

Every question, answered.

  • How far up the Laurentians do you go?
The Route 15 corridor, from Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines up past Mont-Tremblant: Saint-Sauveur, Sainte-Adèle, Val-David, Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, Estérel, Montcalm. The distance changes how the visit is planned, not the work or the warranty.
  • Does dark-stained cedar light up well?
Yes — but not with a wide wash. Stained wood absorbs light instead of returning it, so we compensate with more defined points. The roofline gives the house back its silhouette, and the shadows keep the depth.
  • And in winter — when do you install?
Before the snow, ideally: September to mid-December is our corridor season. An install takes a day; after that the system stays up year-round — no December ladder, ever. The IP68-sealed fixtures stay put down to −40 °C.
  • Does it work for a chalet we rent out?
Yes, and it is one of the best cases for it. The scheduling runs the seasons on its own: warm white on weekdays, colour on weekends, holiday scenes in December. Nothing to reinstall, nothing to store in the spring.
  • The house sits far from the road — is that a problem?
No, that is the typical case here. Low-voltage cable follows the driveway and the existing beds, and the transformer is sized from day one so the yard can grow later without redoing anything.
  • How many fixtures does a chalet need?
Often fewer than a suburban yard: the roofline, the entrance, the stairs, two or three trees. Among the trees, one fixture too many glares and swallows the forest — restraint is what makes it look expensive.
  • What if a piece fails in five years?
We come back. Controllers and pixels are warranted 12 years, light bars 3. Labour is covered for three years: within that window a covered-part visit costs nothing. After three years the part stays covered but the visit is billed at our then-current hourly rate. Either way you never climb a ladder: you call us.
