Service Area · Laval & the North Shore Permanent smart LED lightingin Laval and the North Shore.

Installed once, good for 20 years and more. This is where we do the most new residential work: rooflines that repeat from house to house, and one line to underline them.

Our ground

We know Laval and the North Shore’s houses

Garage to the front, stone at ground level, fibre cement above: we install on them every week.

Across the bridge the scale changes. Chomedey and Laval-des-Rapides keep their post-war bungalows. Blainville, Terrebonne and Mirabel line up new neighbourhoods of two-storey houses: garage to the front, stone at ground level, fibre cement above. The streets are wide and the rooflines repeat from house to house.

A new roofline is one continuous line: soffits, gables, dormers. It can be underlined in a single stroke, and what you see from the street is the whole house rather than pieces of it. This is where exterior lighting and holiday lighting stop being two things: one system does both, with no ladder in December.

What makes it
permanent.

One install, decades on your home

No seasonal ladder, no untangling. A 15–23 year lifespan built into your home from day one.

Built into the architecture

Every wire hidden, every channel flush in the soffit — the underside of your roof overhang. The system follows your home's lines — not the other way around.

Premium materials, cut on site

Aluminum extrusions sized to your exact roofline. Not stock lengths. Not cut corners.

Controlled for the long run

IP68 weatherproof controller, Wi-Fi app, scheduling that runs itself year-round.

Built by experts

Our technicians are overseen by our project managers, start to finish. RBQ licensed — and, above all, professionals who know what they are doing.

Light Bars

Take back the night,
set the mood.

Rooflines, soffits, columns and facades — precision-lit by seamless light bars, one continuous line with no visible dots. From warm white to cool white, all the way to 16M colours. One permanent, app-controlled system, all year.

Warranty

Two warranties, written down.

12 years on controllers and pixels.

There is a product warranty and a labour warranty, and they are two separate things. Inside three years, a service call to replace a covered part costs you nothing. After that the part stays covered for the terms opposite, but the visit is billed hourly at the rate in force at the time.

  • Controllers and pixels — 12 years
  • Light bars and landscape fixtures — 3 years
  • Labour — 3 years (no charge to come out for a covered part)
  • LED rated service life: more than 50,000 hours

Lighting guide

The Complete Laval & North Shore Lighting Guide

Permanent architectural lighting in Laval, Quebec and across the North Shore: new builds, holidays without a ladder, winter, municipal bylaws, warranty.

Read the guide

Every question, answered.

  • Does this work on a new build with a garage-forward facade?
Yes — it is the most common house type on the North Shore. The roofline, soffits, and garage surround underline with one system, installed once.
  • Do you install in Laval itself, not just the broader North Shore?
Yes, Laval is our largest volume of projects in this region — Chomedey, Laval-des-Rapides, and the surrounding neighbourhoods.
  • My Blainville house mixes stone, brick and fibre cement. Is that a problem?
It is closer to a reason to do it. Newer builds often combine stone, brick, fibre cement and engineered wood on the same wall, and in daylight the seam between materials is the first thing you see. By choosing what to light and at what intensity, we rebalance the facade after dark. Plenty of clients find their house reads as more unified at night than by day.
  • We are building in a new Mirabel neighbourhood. When should we call?
As early as you can, ideally before the soffits are closed — the wiring then runs inside with no rework at all. That said, the large majority of our installs are on finished houses, and the result is the same: the rail mounts under the existing overhang and the wiring follows cavities that are already there.
  • Will I ever have to get on a ladder in December?
No. That is the reason the product exists. We go up once, on install day. After that there is nothing to put up in the fall, nothing to take down in January, nothing to store in the garage, and nothing to replace because a section burned out. If a component does fail inside the warranty period, we come back — you do not.
  • Does it survive a North Shore winter?
Yes, that is what it is designed for. Components are sealed to IP68 — watertight against immersion, not merely splashing — and rated to operate down to −40°C. Packed snow, freezing rain and freeze-thaw cycles are part of the spec. Our installs stay in place through Québec winters, under the ice.
  • What’s the difference between Exterior Lighting and Holiday Lighting?
Physically, nothing — it is the same system. Exterior lighting is about the facade in warm white, every night of the year. Holiday lighting is about colour, holiday scenes, and never installing seasonal lights again. Book either service and you get both: one system, one install, one invoice.
  • What is the warranty on Vision Bleu LED lighting?
12 years on controllers and pixels, 3 years on light bars and landscape fixtures. Labour is covered separately, for three years from installation — inside that window, a service call to replace a covered part costs nothing. After three years the part is still covered on its own schedule, but the visit is billed at our hourly service rate in effect at that time. LEDs are rated for more than 50,000 hours of service life.
